Our lot subdivisions cover a minimum surface area of 165 ft x 200 ft or 33,000 square feet. Each lot is unique and represents a guaranteed investment, starting at $21 500 and more (in addition we also offer you financing at a minimum of $110 monthly instalments). Also, there is no time limit as per the allowable delay to start building your cottage/chalet.


Whether on a mountain summit, bordering a lake or by the forest, all lots are accessible by automobile.


To ensure your privacy and security, all entrances to the Domaine des      Appalaches Inc. have a locked gate and only landowners and their guests are allowed to enter.

Purchasing a lot on the domain allows you the right of way to the whole

territory; four mountains, lakes, rivers and streams. Also the right to fish on all of the afore-mentioned bodies of water.
