The Mont Megantic Golf Club and its 18 holes are very appreciated by all 

golfers visiting the Eastern Townships Region. Among the 50 golf courses that  exist in the region, it is one of the nicest courses due to its view, 

majestic trees and peacefulness.

Speckled Trout are abundant in the lakes of the Domaine des Appalaches Inc. Access to these lakes is exclusive to the property owners and their guests. In close proximity to our Domaine, the avid fisherman can also fish Lake Megantic (20 miles long and at its widest it is 1 mile). The following fish species can be caught in Lake Megantic : Lake Trout, Speckled Trout, Rainbow trout, Land Lock Salmon, etc… Also one can fish the reputed Lac aux Araignées in search of Small Mouth Bass.

For the downhill ski buffs, Sugar Loaf is only one hour away on the U.S. side. Within the region, Mont Orford and Bromont are approximately 1.5 hours driving distance. For the cross-country skiers the Mont Megantic National Park hosts 45 miles of trails with incredible landscapes and it is only a few minutes away.

Within a 90 minute drive there are also the following sites : the Parc de la Gorge de Coaticook, the Pavillon de la Faune in Stratford, the Côte Magnétique near Chartierville, Mont Gosford, the Marble Mountain, and the Mont St-Joseph. Less than one hour away you will also find the City of Sherbrooke. It is the capital of the region which hosts a variety of outdoor and cultural activities.
