Our lots

We offer a wide variety of lots to choose from, starting from an area of approximately 3,000 square meters (50 x 60 meters), or 33,000 square feet (165 x 200 feet). Buying land in the mountains is a sure investment at a great price, starting at 17 $ 500 (before taxes), and funding is available directly on-site from the owners, for as little as $ 100 per month.* Purchasing land within this area will give you access to the entire territory: all four mountains, lakes teeming with trout, rivers and streams, facilities and services. Furthermore, there is no time limit imposed for building new constructions.

Accessibility

All sites are made accessible by a gravel road, whether they’re located on top of a mountain, near a stream or forest.

Security

Putting your tranquility and safety first, all of Domaine des Appalaches’ inc. driveways are private, as lands are accessible to owners and guests only.
